By accessing and using OpenTake, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on OpenTake for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modifying or copying the materials
  • Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on OpenTake
  • Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server

3. User Content

What You Own

Everything you bring to OpenTake — the prompts you write, the videos you produce, the images you generate — stays yours. We do not claim ownership over your creative work. With that ownership comes full responsibility: you are accountable for anything you create or share through the platform.

If you plan to publish or monetize content made with OpenTake, it is your responsibility to confirm you have the appropriate rights to do so, and that doing so does not conflict with any laws or third-party agreements.

How We Use Your Content

To run and improve OpenTake, we need limited permission to process the content you create on the platform. By using the Service, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to do that — nothing more. We will never sell your content or use it for purposes unrelated to operating OpenTake.

Content Standards

OpenTake is a creative platform. We ask that you keep it that way. Content that does any of the following is not permitted:

  • Depicts, promotes, or glorifies violence, abuse, or illegal activity
  • Targets or harms individuals based on identity, background, or belief
  • Contains sexually explicit material or content that sexualizes minors in any way
  • Misrepresents real people or events in a misleading or damaging way
  • Uses someone else's creative work without proper rights or attribution
  • Exposes private details about another person without their knowledge or consent

4. Prohibited Conduct

OpenTake is designed to help you create — not to be exploited. The following behaviors are not allowed on the platform:

  • Trying to extract, copy, or replicate OpenTake's underlying AI systems or proprietary technology
  • Running scripts, bots, or any automated tools against the platform without our explicit approval
  • Doing anything that places unusual strain on our infrastructure or deliberately disrupts the experience for other users
  • Sharing access to your account or reselling OpenTake features to others
  • Using generated content to mislead, defraud, or manipulate people
  • Pretending to be someone you are not — whether a person, brand, or organization
  • Scraping or harvesting other users' data from the platform in any form

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on OpenTake could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. OpenTake does not warrant that any of the materials on the website are accurate, complete, or current. OpenTake may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

8. Billing

OpenTake offers subscription-based access to the Service. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.

We reserve the right to change our pricing and billing terms at any time. When we do, we will give you reasonable advance notice — typically by email or through a notice on the platform — before any changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a pricing change takes effect means you accept the new terms.

All purchases are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, we do not issue refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, unused features, or account cancellations mid-cycle.

9. Modifications

OpenTake may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
